Aiming to provide its customers with advanced support, communication and information services, Quant announces the launch of its new digital service, Quant my account.

This new online platform enables more than 150.000 borrowers across Greece to manage their accounts securely and efficiently.

Specifically, by registering in Quant my account, customers can:

• Stay informed and track their liabilities in real time.
• Make payments free of charge using a debit card.
• Have direct access to their transaction history.
• Manage their account and update their personal details.
• Set up their future repayments.
• Submit a request for settlement based on their financial capabilities.
• Submit a contact request for immediate assistance from a Quant representative.

This digital service is accessible via the Quant website and directly through the Quant my account. Combined with the e-Sign electronic signature service, which allows customers to sign the settlement agreement or other documents digitally, Quant my account platform reflects the company’s commitment to offering complete digital services.
